Clear terms for a practical tool.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of DeepReachAI, operated personally by Aryan Agrawal from Pune, India ("DeepReachAI", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, paying for a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DeepReachAI.

DeepReachAI is a B2B outbound personalization tool. Depending on your plan and the features available to your account, it can:

• discover businesses and leads from search and public business information;
• enrich lead records using configured research and contact-enrichment providers;
• research people, companies, and recent signals;
• generate personalized outreach for email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp;
• save outreach history and show account-level usage information; and
• support exports, sequences, or provider connections when those features are enabled for your account.

Features, limits, and availability can differ by plan. We may change or discontinue a feature, but we will try to avoid changes that remove a material paid feature without notice.

You may use DeepReachAI only for lawful, responsible business communication. You must not use it to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive messages, or messages that break applicable email, privacy, telemarketing, or marketing laws;
• harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, or impersonate another person or organization;
• promote unlawful goods, services, conduct, or solicitation;
• upload, scrape, enrich, or use prospect data without a lawful basis, the required notice, or the necessary permissions;
• evade provider limits, abuse Gmail or other sending accounts, or try to bypass spam and safety controls;
• upload malware, credentials, secrets, or data you are not authorized to share;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or
• use generated content to make decisions about a person in a way that violates applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing each message, confirming that the recipient should receive it, honoring opt-outs, and following the rules of the channel you use. We may suspend access while we investigate suspected abuse or legal risk.

DeepReachAI uses AI and researched signals to generate outreach. The system attempts to ground messages in the research it finds and to avoid fabricated claims, but it cannot guarantee that every fact, source, title, company detail, or suggested message is accurate, current, complete, or suitable for your purpose.

DeepReachAI does not guarantee a reply, meeting, conversion, deliverability result, or business outcome. Research may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or affected by third-party provider limits.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it resulted from our breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Prospect and customer data

You decide what prospect data to search for, upload, enrich, and message. You confirm that you have the right to provide that data to DeepReachAI and that your use of it follows applicable privacy, marketing, employment, and communications laws. You are responsible for notices, consent or other legal bases, retention, opt-outs, and deletion requests that apply to your outreach.

Third-party providers

Research, payments, email delivery, analytics, and future provider connections may be subject to the third party's terms, limits, and policies. A third party's result or availability is not a promise by DeepReachAI.

Paid plans are shown on the DeepReachAI pricing page. Payment processing is provided through Razorpay. We may store plan, amount, status, order identifiers, payment identifiers, and expiry information to confirm and manage your subscription. Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy also apply to payment processing.

Refunds, cancellations, and credits

Refunds may be considered if you contact us and we determine that there is a valid reason.

Unless required by law, paid plan charges are not automatically refundable merely because you did not use the available quota. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider charges may apply as shown at checkout.

Your content

As between you and DeepReachAI, you retain rights in the data and materials you provide. Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, you may use the outreach content generated for your account in your business. You are responsible for making sure your inputs and your use of generated content do not infringe another person's rights.

Our platform

DeepReachAI owns or licenses the service, software, prompts, workflows, brand, design, research pipeline, and underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or build a competing service from the platform except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Feedback

If you share suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve DeepReachAI without owing you compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

We work to keep DeepReachAI available, but the service may be unavailable for maintenance, security work, provider outages, network failures, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update the service, usage limits, plans, or these Terms. If a change is material, we will publish the updated Terms or provide another notice required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using the service or request account closure through the Contact page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay, misuse a provider connection, or if we discontinue the service.

When an account closes, we may delete or anonymize its data according to the Privacy Policy, except where we must keep it for law, accounting, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Sections that should reasonably continue—such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive termination.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DeepReachAI is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, fit for a particular purpose, or produce a specific commercial result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DeepReachAI and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the minimum amount required by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify DeepReachAI against claims caused by your unlawful outreach, your prospect data, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Optional Gmail connection

If we release Gmail sending, connecting a Gmail account will be optional and will require separate consent at connection time. The feature will be subject to Google's policies, Gmail sending limits, and the connected account's settings. You—not DeepReachAI—are responsible for the messages sent through your connected account, including recipient permission, opt-outs, and compliance with anti-spam and other applicable laws.

Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another forum.
